KALUZA INC has over 38 years’ experience in providing infrastructure improvements for municipalities in the Greater Houston Area. We understand the importance of attention to the project budget throughout the various phases of a project. We understand that our clients are charged with protecting the public’s money on capital improvement projects; therefore, we continually strive to find alternatives that are not only cost effective but also meet our clients’ needs.  Our Project Team has provided services to numerous entities including but not limited to Austin, Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, Galveston, Wharton, Colorado, and Montgomery Counties, the cities of Missouri City, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Richmond, Hitchcock, and Galveston.

These Municipal projects have included water transmission and distribution lines, sanitary collection facilities, neighborhood street reconstruction, widening and rehabilitation; grade separations, and drainage/flood control facilities. KALUZA INC works with specialty consultants, such as environmental scientists, geotechnical engineers, traffic engineers, arborists, and urban foresters to offer a complete project team that meets the needs of our clients.
